Due to the high risks which its services exposed it to, this Company suffered from a very high excess. The board wanted to see the quality of cover improve across a wide number of measurements whilst achieving a significant, sustainable reduction to their insurance expenditure. This Company has seen a reduction to their costs which has not only been sustained, but in some policy areas improved in years two and three.
